Tommy's Wholesale Auto, LLC is selling vehicles and equipment at public auction acquired from a variety of sources. Peak Auto Auctions, LLC, or the seller reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any point in time

There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle. Buyers must pay for their purchases prior to the close of the pickup period. NO CHECKS.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.

Payment and paperwork will need to be done first at 3117 W 70th St, Shreveport, LA 71108. The vehicle will be located at 8188 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71108. Units not picked up on the schedule pick up days will be subject to storage fee of $20 per car per day.

Vehicle listings contain Key Run Drive information.  If the vehicle is listed as: "RUNS: YES", it indicates the engine turned on.  If the vehicle is listed as "DRIVES: YES", it indicates the vehicle moved forward and backwards 1 to 2 feet.  These listing features are intended to assist the buyer in narrowing their search.  The seller makes no guarantees as to the current or future functionality of any vehicle.  Buyer's are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled preview.
