Tony's Towing is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the and Natchitoches county and surrounding areas. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. Peak Auto Auctions, LLC, or the seller reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any point in time.
There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle. Buyers must pay for their purchases prior to the close of the pickup period. NO CHECKS.
A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE. IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000. IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
NO PEAK PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS AUCTION, ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT TONY'S TOWING AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. THE BUYER MUST ALSO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF PICKUP TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK.
