Rudy Smith Services - New Orleans - Online Auction

Rudy Smith Service is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the New Orleans area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. Peak Auto Auctions, LLC, or the seller reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any point in time. Vehicles may be inspected two working days prior to the auction date between 9AM and 3 PM. Vehicles may be picked up with no storage costs two working days after the auction. Any vehicles not picked up within the 3-day pickup period will be charged a storage fee of $27.50 per calendar day. Any vehicles not picked up within 15 days after the auction will be subject to re-auction with no refund. Large vehicles will be more depending on size. Vehicles will be moved to the street for transporters to load at no charge. We can assist in loading transporters at $45 per vehicle. Large vehicles or center loading into the trailer may result in an additional charge.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
